This ring is wearable MIDI controller, by which you can modify and play with music. Basically this gadget allows you to play music in the air without touching the instruments; you can change your setting from a specific sound to gesture and can also turn the audio sample up and down by waving your hand or tapping the fingers in your Guitar or Keyboards. There are various features as the device is shipping this December.
