The Canadian smart home tech maker Ecobee has come up with the Ecobee Switch+. Well, Ecobee is most known for their connected thermostats. They build others products too. And the switch includes -Alexa voice Service –Far field voice detection microphone and you have to put echo in your wall wherever you have a light switch handy. However, Ecobee light are still connected light switch which is compatible with Alexa, Homekit and Assistant for remote voice control and it is a step ahead with Alexa because of its command center.
The Retail price is marked $99 in
US and $119 in Canadian which is now available for pre order from Ecobee and
selected retail partners including Amazon in both US and Canada as previously mentioned
in price above and the shipping starts with March 26. Hence, it should work with
most standard light switches.
